Our Allies

Allies & Friends

Friends are the family we choose for ourselves. In this spirit, we present our nascent list of organizations we’re either directly involved with or feel some connection with. In our advocacy for fentanyl/illicit opioid awareness, social media accountability, mental health awareness and LGBTQ+ rights, this list will only grow and be more inclusive over time. None of us are just one thing; we are complex individuals who over the course of our lives can be many things, and chances are at least one of those things will be subject to greater than normal challenges and stigmas. By bridging differences and building social bridges, we aspire to make this world a better, more empathetic place for ALL of us. We’d be honored to have you join us in this mission.

If you represent an organization that you’d like to see on this list, we encourage you to drop us a note. We are all better and stronger together.

End Overdose

“Founded by our CEO Theo Krzywicki, Leah Schexnayder, and Katie Krzywicki in 2018, End Overdose is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California working to end drug-related overdose deaths through education, medical intervention, and public awareness.”

Drug Induced Homicide

“We Are The Voice Of Those Who Cannot Speak For Themselves.

Support our mission to:

  • Raise awareness about the effectiveness of criminal investigation and prosecution in reducing deaths related to illicit drugs.
  • Advocate for a shift in thinking within our judicial system away from past protocols focusing on accidental to now classifying cases as criminal.
  • Advocate for laws that provide greater accountability to those who willfully distribute illicit drugs.
  • Support families of victims who were unlawfully delivered a controlled substance resulting in death.”

Void

“VOID was formed to bring to the public’s attention, through education, awareness and legislative advocacy, the immediate danger of sudden death associated with the use of illicit drugs, in particular FENTANYL, and other emerging synthetic analogs. This will be accomplished through the creation of a network of private, state and national governmental organizations, working together, to provide knowledge, preventive tools, and proposed legislation necessary to reduce the number of deaths occurring through this ever-increasing scourge confronting our society. We will speak on behalf of our loved ones, who can no longer speak for themselves.”

Fentanyl Solution

“FentanylSolution.org is a Newport Beach, California-based non-profit organization launched in 2023 with the mission to combat the illicit fentanyl crisis. Our team is deeply committed to making a difference and saving lives by addressing this dangerous drug’s devastating impact on communities across the country.

With an immediate focus on Orange County, we strive to raise awareness, provide education, and mobilize action to prevent the spread of fentanyl. Our goal is to bring together individuals, families, and organizations to work towards creating a safer future for everyone, especially our children.

Follow our other organization, the Fentanyl Solution Group, a nonprofit working to change laws to stop the spread of illicit fentanyl and make the world healthier for all.”

Drug Awareness Foundation

“Our mission is to prevent addiction and drug-related deaths through education and awareness. We achieve this through outreach to all sectors, from school classrooms and college campuses to the community at large. We empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed choices. Ultimately, we save lives. We are available to come to schools, parent or professional groups, social clubs, fraternities and sororities to tell our story, and to talk about the dangers of fentanyl and how to prevent drug deaths using harm reduction tools.”

Project Eli

At Project Eli, our mission is to raise awareness about the dangers of illicit fentanyl and provide education, resources, and support to those who are affected by this crisis. Our goal is to prevent further harm and save lives through a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Community outreach and education programs
  • Distribution of naloxone, a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose
  • Support for individuals and families affected by fentanyl
  • Advocacy and policy initiatives to increase access to treatment and prevent death

Song For Charlie

Song for Charlie is a national family-run nonprofit charity dedicated to raising awareness about ‘fentapills’ — fake pills made of fentanyl. We partner with experts, educators, parents and other influencers to reach the most vulnerable group: young people between the ages 13-24. Our programs highlight the emerging dangers of self-medication and casual drug use in the fentanyl era and encourage healthier strategies for coping with stress.”

Harm Reduction Circle

“Our mission is to reduce drug-related harms & promote the well-being of individuals who use drugs, particularly those who are underserved & marginalized. We strive to create a culture of harm reduction that prioritizes the health & well-being of all individuals, regardless of their background or experiences. We believe that harm reduction is a compassionate & pragmatic approach to drug use, & it is an essential component of public health.”

Alexander Neville Foundation

At the Alexander Neville Foundation, our mission is to educate youth and communities on the dangers of fentanyl and social media harms, and teen mental health. We are committed to raising awareness, providing support, and promoting resilience among young individuals. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we strive to empower youth to make informed decisions, navigate the digital world responsibly, and prioritize their mental well-being.

Facing Fentanyl

“Operation Facing Fentanyl is a campaign providing prevention education and opioid reversal kits to schools. Affected families believe safety should be a prerequisite, not an afterthought. Our safety kits can jump-start a school into action. The drug landscape has changed. Illicit drugs are easily accessible and even accessed through social media. The prevalence of illicit fentanyl is driving teen deaths across the country. Unfortunately, synthetic opioids have made opioid reversal an everyday necessity. It makes sense for schools to have Naloxone, and teaching prevention is key to saving lives. Teach students to BE SMART, BEWARE and BE ALIVE.”

Voices for Awareness

“Voices for Awareness Foundation is a licensed and registered nonprofit organization
bringing awareness to illicit fentanyl, counterfeit drugs and elated to self-harm. “

4 Them We Fight

“4 Them We Fight is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Our mission is to support communities and families affected by the fentanyl poisoning crisis. We are dedicated to driving awareness, education and prevention surrounding fentanyl poisoning, drug induced homicide, addiction, recovery and mental health.”

 Jax Forever

We are here to celebrate the life of our beloved Jax, and to preserve the many wonderful memories we were fortunate to share with them. We are also here to make sure something good can come of our terrible loss – whether that be to fight for solid legislation or to simply keel telling our story.

If you have a story you’d like to tell, or wish to get involved in our various projects, please drop us a line. We’d love to hear from you.
